ZULFY® contains Ofloxacin, a fluoroquinolone antibiotic that inhibits bacterial DNA replication, ensuring rapid bacterial elimination. It is widely used for:

Dosage & Administration
 Recommended Dosage:

Adults & Adolescents (≥12 years):
 ZULFY®-200 Tablet200 mg twice daily (For UTIs & respiratory infections)
 ZULFY®-OZ Tablet200 mg + 500 mg Ornidazole twice daily (For GI & mixed infections)

Children (≥6 months – 12 years):
 ZULFY®-M Suspension5 ml twice daily (For bacterial diarrhea & bloating)
 ZULFY®-OR Suspension5 ml twice daily (For severe diarrhea & dehydration prevention)
